Flames of Freedom: Cover Design
We are nearing the end of the first 24 hours of the Flames of Freedom Kickstarter. To say I am humbled by the reaction is an understatement. The fact that it took only 76 minutes for the campaign to fund blew me away. I could go on but there is still a long way to go.
As the subject line states, I would like to make a mention of the book cover of Flames of Freedom. The concept for this cover was simple: dynamic. We wanted something capturing the feel for the game and we decided to depict part of a battle. Since the game starts after the battle of Bunker Hill so it is was a simple decision to depict that battle.
Ken Duquet took this simple idea and knocked it out of the park.
If you want to see the process Ken used for creating the cover, the following video is for you.
